Please be informed that a Special Members’ Assembly will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the BOCN Veteran’s Hall from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This assembly is to review and vote on proposed amendments to the Beardy’s and Okemasis’ Cree Nation Election Act. If the Election Act amendments are approved, membership will also vote to choose the Chief Elector Officer for the upcoming BOCN election.

Your attendance and participation are essential to the effective governance of our Nation. BOCN members are encouraged to review the current Election Act and the proposed amendments carefully in preparation for the Special Members’ Assembly.
